An Ice Lolly
Fishcake Recipe:
Equal amounts of boiled potatoes and tinned fish (salmon and tuna here today). A few chopped anchovies. Chopped parsley, thyme and chives. An egg. Salt and pepper. Mix it all up well. Coat with breadcrumbs. Dry fry/griddle on a low heat in a non-stick pan for 10 minutes each side.
John's very first attempt at fishcakes, they were very good (even if I/he do/does say so myself/himself). It will not be his last. He relied on Martin's wealth of fishcake experience rather heavily today. |
