Sister Soup. Finely slice 3 small onions and begin to sweat in some oil at a low temperature Finely chop and add 3 small yellow courgettes and 2 large green courgettes Sweat for a further 15 minutes. Add glass and a half of white wine, allow to boil off. Add finely sliced potatoes and ample water and a tied up handful of thyme sprigs. salt and black pepper. Boil till potatoes are almost falling apart. Remove thyme sprigs and blend the soup with a hand blender (you can leave it to cool so as not to get covered in burney soup) Deep fry thinly sliced kohlrabi and set aside for garnish. Add stock powder, a pinch of sugar and a pinch of the coriander/cumin/black pepper/fennel spice blend leftover from the lamb kebabs. Stir in single cream and serve with the kohlrabi crisps on top.
