Veggie Chile ala Stuarto 1 bag quorn mince
1 onion chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 cloves garlic chopped
3 chillies (1 red, 2 green)
1 tin kidney beans
1 heaped teaspoon hot chilli powder
1 teaspoon of very lazy red chillies
Cook mince in frying pan (no oil needed) until dark brown
Cook onions and garlic in olive oil at low heat for 5 mins
Add tomatoes, mince and a glass of water
Add everything else and cook on low heat for 25 mins.

Paul's Mexican Chicken Surprise: 1 pkt Bachelors Chicken flavoured Savoury Rice; 1 tin of beans. Fry the rice mixture from the Savoury Rice packet in some olive oil first. Then add your water. Heat beans in microwave. Combine to taste.

Boiled Potatoes, cooked beetroot, large squish of salad cream, tbsp mint sauce, salt and pepper. Serve with a tin of tuna. If you forgot to put it in with the rest of it in step 1. |
