Media - how to use the media on our site.

The media section of this site is broken into three separate parts:

• the audio (which is in the form of a list from our podcast)
• the pictures gallery (which is using flash to give you a nicer experience)
• the videos page (which has an article for each movie which is using Quicktime as the movie format)

If you cannot see the Flash gallery of stills then download Flash Plugin here , this gallery is published as flash version 7. If you cannot see the Quicktime movies then please go here and download the most up to date version along with Itunes. The best way to listen to our podcast is through itunes, if you are already using itunes then try out this link , if you prefer to use the rss feed in other software then try this link
